Viridian Network Marketing, a global network marketing platform, announced that they have signed an agreement with Adc Network Marketing.
Viridian will become a premium network marketing service provider for Adc and will provide services for its network marketing clients.
The company will also provide premium network branding services for Viridian.
The deal includes a two-year term and offers the network marketing company an annual fee of US$500,000, according to the press release.
Adc Network marketing was established in 2017 by the Australian startup group, Adc.
They have raised US$2.3 million from angel investors.
They are currently the second-largest network marketing business in Australia, behind Adtech.
The network marketing industry is estimated to be worth US$5 billion and the Adtech network marketing firm has a turnover of US $100 million.
Adtech and Viridian have a partnership that includes network marketing companies and brands.
Viridan has already started offering Adtech branded content on their network, but Adtech has said that it will continue to provide content to Viridian for several months.
The company said that the agreement with Viridium Network Marketing will enable them to offer premium network brands to Adtech clients.
Ads for Viridium network marketing services include content that promotes the company and its products, including products for its digital and online marketing platforms, brand and social media platforms, and mobile apps.
